1. Licencia. Lelo se distribuye a través del App Store de Apple bajo el Acuerdo de licencia estándar de aplicaciones (EULA) de Apple. Al descargar la app aceptas ese acuerdo y estos términos.
2. Sin cuenta. No necesitas crear una cuenta ni registrarte para usar Lelo. La app no recoge ningún dato — ver la política de privacidad.
3. Compras. Lelo Pro es un pago único procesado por Apple, sin suscripción ni renovación. Los primeros 7 días incluyen todas las funciones sin costo; después, leer, tus notas y el periódico siguen siendo gratis.
4. Tu contenido, tu responsabilidad. Lelo es una herramienta para leer y escuchar archivos que tú importas. Todo el contenido — libros, documentos, artículos — es tuyo o de sus editores, y es tu responsabilidad tener el derecho de usarlo. Lelo no revisa, no aloja y no distribuye el material importado, y no se hace responsable de él.
5. Todo queda en tu dispositivo. La app es un facilitador para gestionar tus archivos localmente: el almacenamiento está en tu dispositivo y Lelo no sube ni comparte nada en internet. Si tú decides exportar o compartir algo (por ejemplo, un PDF de tus notas), esa acción y sus consecuencias son tuyas.
6. Uso aceptable. Eres responsable del uso que hagas de la app. Lelo no se hace responsable del mal uso de la app ni de la distribución de materiales hecha por el usuario. En particular, el audio generado es para tu uso personal: no redistribuyas comercialmente audio de contenido cuyos derechos no te pertenecen.
7. El periódico. Descarga artículos directamente de los medios que tú elijas, a petición tuya, con su fuente citada y enlazada. El contenido pertenece a sus editores.
8. Sin garantías. La app se ofrece "tal cual". Hacemos lo posible por que funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Lelo no será responsable de daños derivados del uso de la app.
9. Cambios. Estos términos pueden actualizarse; la fecha de arriba indica la versión vigente. Los cambios importantes se reflejarán en esta página.

1. License. Lelo is distributed through Apple's App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading the app you accept that agreement and these terms.
2. No account. You do not need to create an account or register to use Lelo. The app collects no data — see the privacy policy.
3. Purchases. Lelo Pro is a one-time payment processed by Apple — no subscription, no renewal. The first 7 days include every feature at no cost; afterwards, reading, your notes and the paper remain free.
4. Your content, your responsibility. Lelo is a tool for reading and listening to files you import. All content — books, documents, articles — belongs to you or its publishers, and it is your responsibility to have the right to use it. Lelo does not review, host, or distribute imported material, and is not responsible for it.
5. Everything stays on your device. The app is a facilitator for managing your files locally: storage lives on your device, and Lelo uploads and shares nothing on the internet. If you choose to export or share something (for example, a PDF of your notes), that action and its consequences are yours.
6. Acceptable use. You are responsible for how you use the app. Lelo is not responsible for misuse of the app or for any distribution of materials by the user. In particular, generated audio is for your personal use: do not commercially redistribute audio of content whose rights you do not own.
7. The newspaper. It fetches articles directly from the publishers you choose, at your request, credited and linked. The content belongs to its publishers.
8. No warranty. The app is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lelo shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the app.
9. Changes. These terms may be updated; the date above marks the current version. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page.
